filling Station, Canada's Alternative Literary Magazine based in Calgary, Alberta hosts Flywheel, a monthly reading series. Dedicated to creating opportunities for emerging and established local writers, we are interested in hearing from Calgary writers of fiction and poetry who would like to present a selection of their work (unpublished or published) at Flywheel or other upcoming literary events. We would also like to invite members of the drama community who would like to present dramatic readings or a one-act play that could be staged in a smaller venue without props or costumes.
