Springboard Performance is currently accepting applications from interested individuals to fill board vacancies on our active board team.

After 24 years in the Calgary community, Springboard Performance continues to champion creative exploration of physical contemporary practices, deepening understanding of art and ideas. Springboard Performance supports the aesthetic risk-taking that challenges both artists and audiences with new ways of seeing, representing and responding to contemporary life.

Under the artistic direction of Nicole Mion, Springboard Performance maintains three distinct arms of company activity: The Fluid Movement Arts Festival in Calgary; the Creation, Production and Dissemination of work by Artistic Director Nicole Mion; and the professional level creative exchange residency, Interrarium, an interdisciplinary, monitor-led exchange, exploring creation and revealing process related to physical contemporary performance practices.

Applicants should have knowledge and experience in board governance and process. Excellent communication skills are required and experience in policy and program development, financial management and committee leadership would be beneficial.
