If you are a new applicant: You must first register your organization by clicking on "Create New Account" on the main log on page of the grant interface (link to the grant interface is listed above). If you require assistance with registering, please contact Calgary Arts Development by phone at 403-264-5330 or by email at grants@calgaryartsdevelopment.com.

If you are a returning applicant: you can access your account by entering your UserID and Password. If you forget your password click on the “Forgot Your Password? Click Here” button. If you have been an applicant to any of our granting programs in the past, your UserID is the email address of the individual who previously applied on behalf of your organization. If you have recently changed your granting contact or forget your UserID and require it to be updated, please contact Calgary Arts Development by phone at 403-264-5330 or by email at grants@calgaryartsdevelopment.com. We will help you update your account. Do not create a new account. You will not have access to your application history if a new account is created.

You will be required to complete a number of attachments to be uploaded throughout the online application. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help you register your organization into the Calgary Arts Development online database, upload the required forms, and submit your completed application.
