City Council and Administration will hold a public open house to provide citizens an opportunity to learn about the proposed business plans and budgets. Representatives of City departments will be on hand to answer questions. The General Manager responsible for arts and culture is Erika Hargesheimer (General Manager of Community & Protective Services).
