City Council will meet to review the 2009-2011 proposed business plans and budgets beginning on Monday, November 17 at 9:30 am in the Council Chamber. Discussions and debates will run throughout the week. Public speakers will be heard after an opening presentation. Any person wishing to address Council may do so on November 17 for a maximum of five minutes. See below for additional details or call 3-1-1.
